Your use of our website and any purchase of goods from it are subject to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. All sales are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any order. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms.

1. No Refunds on Customized Orders

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customized products, as these items are specifically made to your requirements. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

2. Damages and Issues

If you receive an item with a defect or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at bebebonita.info@gmail.com. Kindly provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the item, and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Order Cancellations

Customized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery information, including the address, is correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect details.

5. Customs and Taxes

Any customs fees, taxes, or duties applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

6. Supervision and Safety Notice

• Always supervise your baby while using our bedding products, as these items are intended for decorative purposes only.

• Ensure that your baby’s sleeping environment is safe and free of additional bedding, pillows, or decorations when they are sleeping or unattended.

Safety Disclaimer – Cots & Bassinets

At Bebé Bonita, your baby’s safety is our top priority. Please read and follow the safety guidelines below when using our cots and bassinets.

  • Supervision: For babies under 6 months, always supervise your baby while they are in a bassinet. Once your baby reaches 6 months and begins to sleep independently, we strongly recommend the use of a reliable baby monitor to ensure their safety during unattended sleep.
  • Age & Weight Guidelines: Our bassinets are intended for newborns up to 6 months of age or until your baby can roll over, push up, or sit unassisted—whichever comes first.
  • Proper Assembly: Ensure that your cot or bassinet is fully and correctly assembled according to the included instructions before placing your baby inside.
  • Use on Flat Surface Only: Always place the bassinet or cot on a flat, stable surface. Do not use on elevated or uneven surfaces.
  • Avoid Loose Bedding: To reduce the risk of suffocation or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), do not place pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, or other soft items inside the cot or bassinet.
  • Check Regularly: Inspect all parts regularly to ensure they are secure and functioning properly. Discontinue use if any part appears damaged or unstable.
  • Follow Safe Sleep Practices: Always lay your baby on their back to sleep, in accordance with pediatric safe sleep guidelines.

By purchasing and using our cots and bassinets, you agree to follow all safety instructions and assume full responsibility for proper usage.

7. Handmade Products

All our items are handmade with love and care. Slight variations in design may occur, which are part of the product’s unique qualities and not defects.

8. Color Variations

The colours of the actual products may vary slightly from those shown in photos due to lighting conditions during photography or screen display settings. Additionally, silk and cotton materials may have slightly different shades, even if they are the same color.
